4. If anyone has said that martini would be even close to the exponential bust he has been you would have been called crazy. I was one of his cheerleaders.
5. Williams also disappointing.
6. The only thing I take away from this game is that it isn’t a nail more in our coffin. Bid unless the bench exponentially improves and we rebound and defend at an elite level, we are still toast.

Careful, he’s a captain and it’s rare that the 10th man in a rotation is named a captain, especially before he ever played a game for the team. I’m hopeful that he has some sort of super power that he hasn’t unleashed yet.

Martini, a 5th year senior, is a total disappointment, but I don’t get why you and others can’t believe that Davis, a true sophomore, is improving every game and can and will be a valuable contributor going forward. He has been very good the last 4 games starting with his terrific defensive effort v. Baldwin against PSU. Since then his shooting has also improved exponentially.
