Marsh, Dill, Tsimis, Turzilli, Lewis, Toler. Why doesn't he do the same with JC players? They'll have one extra year of eligibility and it would help immensely in the DB position.

JUCO's have a problem qualifying to get into RU.

wonder how many qualified transfers there are in a given year?

Do you mean John Tsimis? He's not a graduate transfer. He's a 2013 class recruit from Bergen Catholic.

This bit I think the government made some changes with JUCO's that will allow more to meet our criteria. Think RBNY posted about it a few months back.

A graduate transfer has 4 years of playing experience at a FBS school. A JUCO transfer has 1 or 2 years experience at a Junior College. Big difference. I'm not saying that a grad trans will always be better, but high level experience means a lot. I prefer the grad transfers.

They're one-year rentals, but for the most part you're getting a known quantity.

I'd be willing to bet the grad transfer would be better than the JC transfer at least 7/10 times, but the problem with the grad transfer is you're only getting one year. Plus I imagine there are fewer of them to choose from.
