This bit I think the government made some changes with JUCO's that will allow more to meet our criteria. Think RBNY posted about it a few months back.JUCO's have a problem qualifying to get into RU.

+1A graduate transfer has 4 years of playing experience at a FBS school. A JUCO transfer has 1 or 2 years experience at a Junior College. Big difference. I'm not saying that a grad trans will always be better, but high level experience means a lot. I prefer the grad transfers.
I'd be willing to bet the grad transfer would be better than the JC transfer at least 7/10 times, but the problem with the grad transfer is you're only getting one year.
