Sanders suspension was stupid. He participated in a tourney over the summer. That's it. Suspended for the most useless game ever. No biggie.Hopefully, it something minor...like, late to practice or missing a class. This sends a great message, no prima donnas and minor violations will not be tolerated. The biggest punishment you can give to a guy is take away his chance to compete. I'm sure sitting out the first half watching was killing him....Sanders too.
Crowd looked terrible
Freeman looked great in the second half
Tonights game aint going to create a buzz
You realize most of them were from Rutgers Newark, right?Halfway decent student turnout

Well I guess thats an advantage of the fact noone cares about Rutgers Basketball... We fall under the radar of NJ.com.... If people watched this team they would be writing their 4th article by now and there would be active polls asking if there is a lack of institutional control and if we should fire Jordan.
My post was tongue in cheek :grimace:No. We can't be so short sighted about 40 minutes and 1 result. I think it is fair game and nitpick about smaller things....why are we not making extra passes, why aren't we showing control offensively and commuting offensive fouls, 23 turnovers, I could go on....
The student section included fans rooting for Rutgers Newark.Halfway decent student turnout
