I am so glad I did not raise my kids in NJ. The place just oozes negativity and self pity. The portrayals of NJ on TV are so deserving when it's own media validates its gutter thinking environment.

I'm not so sure....NJ builds character and strength. Although even Belleville now makes me somewhat wary...so I'd think Nutley or the Caldwells would work raising kids even today. My sister now in NH just got her Harvard degree after plugging away for 21 yrs. CHARACTER.

Man, that was a balls-to-the-wall, no holds-barred article to get rid of Flood.

Oy vey, it's ironic. It chastises Rutgers of its tendency to fold by doing the PR dance in order to look good to its critiques. Then it challenges the school to get of Flood which for all intents and purpose is to do what it initially criticizes Rutgers in doing.

I always liked and even hung out in Nutley from the early 60s through the late 70s....my former BHS friend and classmate whom I knew from 12 yrs old is Commissioner Steve Rogers.
