Big surprise of the UConn game was that they actually trailed at the end of the first quarter - first time this year.
 
2nd surprise was that UConn only had 31 points at the half. They didn't shoot well at all in the first, especially from 3-point range. Houston did a good job of limiting UConn's possession by slowing it down and using all the shot clock. They were running it down to 2 seconds and then shooting. They even had a few shot clock violations in the first half. Geno made some adjustments at halftime. Tuck didn't play, and I think we all saw how important she is the the team.
