Two points:

1. 48 is MORE than half of 89! (Still respect the work you do BeK getting all this info to us!).

2. The fact that the top 4 seeds are playing today says a lot about how games are officiated and how the WBB officials tend to anticipate based on ranking/record.

We have been watching a fair amount of the various tourney games and your factor #2 has been in evidence!

OTH, as I've always said, conferences are refereed differently. Just watched the A10 GW / Dayton game and I'm completely clueless what a foul is in that league. But their tourney seeds still alive are #5,6,7 (at the time I watched on tape).
