Expect Eli to put up some significant passing #s today vs a questionable Lion air defense. Pugh is back. Stafford's middle fanger will impede his throwing ability. Dee-troit's running game will be MIA. Victory #10 comes today for Big Blue.

Over and out....

Sorry, I'm just not a believer in poor running teams in December. Although it is unseasonably warm today so maybe I'm wrong.

...Pugh is back. HUGE plus along with a weak Lions Pass D which should help open the run up as well.

Ache-man really truly is a Giant hater. What a schmuck of a color guy. Why does Fox bother assigning him to NYG games?

Huh? I hated Troy as a Cowboy, couldn't stand him earlier in his TV career, but think he's come along really well and does a TON of Giant games. Far from a "hater," actually, IMHO.

That's GOT to be the WORST rule in all of sports:

Ball is kicked off. Ball headed towards sideline. Player fields ball with one foot out-of-bounds. Ball NEVER goes out-of-bounds. Receiving team rewarded ball on 40-yard line???!!!

How on EARTH is that a rule?

Man that official has GOT to call the PI's both ways. Calls the one against Collins on 3rd and short then not the one that kept Cruz from reaching the ball (same side of the field)? Guy didn't even turn. Awful.

This is line of thinking no longer applies. Welcome to the new NFL, where the Giants proved in 2011 you can have the 30th ranked running game, but a potent passing offense/pass rushing defense/defense as a whole, and win it all.

GMs and their draft picks in the past 10 or so years have proven the RB in the NFL is now devalued. It's mostly all about the QB, on O & D, which is why Dallas is overrated and the Giants are right in the thick of things.

Thinking the same thing

I'm loving this team. They are playing the perfect brand of playoff football right now. Do enough on offense, keep em from scoring. That's a winning formula

Don't forget Snacks lol. Guy was a beast today - breaking triple teams. Fun to watch

Edit on INT - better add DRC too lol

What an incredible one handed catch for the TD!
Now he has one of the greatest roundabout kickoff returns in history called back because of an illegal block :<(
Looks like 10-4 for the G-Men!

On to Philadelphia.

Guys are stepping up all over the place on that defense. You lose your best DL and CB and don't miss a beat is pretty damn good. Spagnuolo has them playing great. McAdoo's offense on the other hand is the only thing holding this team back. Still the only offense in the NFL not to score 30 pts.

Oh yea GO BUCS.

Offense is getting better at the little things, gradually. they didn't turn the ball over for an entire game which is obviously big for the Giants. Perkins looks like the clear head and shoulders best back on the team and he had a solid game. Guarantee we'll be seeing a lot more of Pauly Perkins and the run game continuing to get better. Getting pugh back was HUGE, as was the return of vereen. Odell makes everyone better and Eli had an extremely efficient and mistake-free game.

The Giants look like a legit contender, the defense keeps them in every single game, even against someone like the Falcons. Hoping Jenkins is fine. Stay healthy, rest up for playoffs.

The G-men ran for over 100 yds today...I can't remember the last time they did that!!!

Today I was looking at the TV and on one play I thought the Giants were punting because the RB lines up so far back. Giants seem to want to let blocking develop so RB can pick spots but it all takes too long
