going to the tape on a blocking foul/offensive foul play?

I don't remember seeing that before.... they called it a blocking foul, at first, I think....then after a lengthy delay, looking at the tape, it became an offensive foul, a charge..

not saying which way it should have been called in the first place, just questioning the play going under review.

edit: did not see this being discussed under "the refs" thread...
