I realized after the game that Grant has thrown more TD passes than CL has in the past 4 games....... does flood not see a problem with this?!?! Maybe grant gives us the best chance to go 1-0.

Scoring last 4 games:

OSU 7 points- Rettig TD pass
Wisconsin 10 points - Federico FG, Austin pick 6
Michigan 16 points - Federico 3 FG's, Grant KO return
Nebraska 14 points - Martin TD run, Grant TD pass to Laviano

So in the last 4 games we have 2 TD passes, 1 by the "backup" and 1 by our WR. At some point as the QB you need to throw the ball into the end zone.

I get that but that only counts for so much. But something is wrong when your starting QB has less td passes than both you backup qb and a slot wr in the last 4 games. He may be playing his heart out but that obviously isn't good enough. What about Rettig or the other Back ups??? you dont think they working just as hard as laviano?? The announcement of laviano as our starting qb against army shows just how out of touch flood is with reality. We arent playing for anything so how about trying the other qb's and see what we have for next year.
