I saw a Jet game against Colts and same scenario came up that Michigain had in Mich St game. Jets up by less than a TD, 4th down and they were around midfield with only a few seconds left. Parcels calls a time out and explains what he is going to do to the refs beforehand so refs don't blow call. Testaverde takes the shotgun snap, he turns to his own end zone and heaves the ball out of the end zone. Jets take safety and run the clock down. Now only time left is for free kick on the 20 for safety. Squibb kick no run back on squib kick, time runs off clock game over. Jets win. Interesting scenario on how to handle it. Similar but different than RU at Maryland when Caroo takes snap and runs in corner of own end zone. The only difference is Jet ball closer to midfield than RU ball, that's why it was similar to Michigan Michigan State game.

One minor fact you cant do that when you are leading by 2pts. it was 23-21
