The Athletic Department really wants people to tune into Pat's live press conference today on the Rutgers Athletics Facebook page. You will have the opportunity to ask questions and interact:
Pat Hobbs will be having a live press conference on Facebook TODAY at 12:30pm on the Rutgers Athletics Facebook page.
From the email I received as a Build Fund Captain:
BIG NEWS RUTGERS FANS! The R Build Fund is excited to announce that we will be hosting a Facebook Live event with Pat Hobbs this Friday at 12:30pm. Pat will be giving everyone an inside look on the progress of the R Big Ten Build campaign.
We would love for you to be involved by tuning in to the Rutgers Athletics Facebook event and participating. We will have the comments section activated so Pat, and his guests will be able to answer questions coming in from our audience. They will be talking about the success we’ve had over the last year in reaching $70 million towards our goal as well as looking ahead to our next steps. Some topics he will be discussing:
Timeline for the RWJBarnabas Athletic Performance Health Center and when construction will begin
· How the architects worked with the coaches to find their specific program needs within the facilities
· How to become a Big Ten Build Captain
· What other athletic facilities have Perkins Eastman designed
