I know he is going up to 133 to avoid Lee but if Lee moves up what could he change in his gameplan to beat Spencer?

Nick has not said it himself, of course. But he was soundly beaten by Spencer. It was not a close match. A lot of guys changed weights to avoid Zain Retherford (hence the glut at 141). They would never admit it but they were avoiding him.

Who said he’s “avoiding” Lee?

I dono....maybe not have an infection and miss a month of wrestling? Beat it, troll. It was one match.

 Clueless. That’s 2 minutes of my life I won’t get back. Thanks OP.

Rondi, read the Desanto and Cassar threads, GhostK is just here fishing and looking to cause trouble. I found out about his shtick very quickly and warned you all about him. I thought he was a psu guy, but @pawrestlersintn clued me in that he's doing the same thing over there.

Does anyone think Nick will ever be able to beat Spencer Lee? I would be willing wager on it.

Austin DeSanto beat Spencer Lee last year. Lee wasn’t 100%. ACL recovery probably factored into his losses to Ronnie Bresser and NaTo earlier in the season as well. Probably more mentally than physically. A fully healthy Lee is pretty scary. Nick beat Bresser. Nick would smash DeSanto. But, Nick was not 100% vs Lee in the match in the NCAA finals. May have been physically recovered but not mentally fully recovered. Anyone who has watched the 32 minute match between Nick and Fix knows Nick is special when healthy. I’m reserving judgment until we see both at 100%.

Totally agree

Although Lee is special, so is Nick. Suriano missed about a month leading into the Big10s and wears a knee brace

How many wrestlers can miss a month of practice/action and return at top form to face the best wrestlers in the country? Its not even a debate

When both Lee & Nick are healthy, thats the match Id love to see

Do you really understand the situation that unfolded? Lee maybe or might not be better than NS, but you clearly don't have a grasp on the circumstances..
