I would not have the balls to hire him, but I wonder if I should. I think the guy will do well, but probably needs a mid level job first. We hired PJ off a mediocre Wagner resume. You just don't know

As I remember our search under your new AD, he worked fast and made a quick decision.

He may be a decent coach but Rutgers needs a bigger name if for no other reason than to begin changing the perception of the program..Recruits will not be impressed...
