not this year, lost a couple of early games we should have wonI smell at large bid
Slow down lol. We’d have to go like 8-3 the rest of the way to even sniff an at large bidI smell at large bid
I think 2/3 wins is a very good prediction.Penn State and Indiana best bets right now .I don't see another win on the road including Illinois.Thinking we pick up at least 2/3 more.

Haha 100000% agree. Were allowed to look aheadI never understood why people say take them one at a time when on a fan message board. Isn’t that the point of being a fan? We aren’t the players or coaches so it’s OK to look ahead and make predictions
I know you’re joking but 10 more wouldn’t come close to doing that.10 and we win the conference!
Hey why not?!?
I would put Indiana at 6 and Iowa at 5. Those plus PSU could be a totally sick ending to the regular season and I’d sign up in a heartbeatWe have 11 games left. If we can win just 4 more than would be a tremendous feat when you look at our schedule. Look, I had us at 3-15 in B1G play, i didnt have high expectations and I still dont. But below I ranked games on a scale of 1-10 winnability, 1 being highly unlikely, 10 being a lock, 5 being a coin flip.

Fans don't have to take it one game at a time, players do. So what's wrong with playing along with the OP?Let's just take one at a time. I want to win on Wednesday over Indiana,

Don’t you know that players, coaches, Hobbs all read this board.Fans don't have to take it one game at a time, players do. So what's wrong with playing along with the OP?
Good one.[laughing]Don’t you know that players, coaches, Hobbs all read this board.
Iowa has 3 point shooters fully capable of scoring 80 points.Bad match up for Rutgers.I would put Indiana at 6 and Iowa at 5. Those plus PSU could be a totally sick ending to the regular season and I’d sign up in a heartbeat
Agree we have a good shot at home with Gene. PSU almost won at Minny (came down to the last shot).Eugene did not play versus Minnesota so I think we beat them at the RAC.
I never understood why people say take them one at a time when on a fan message board. Isn’t that the point of being a fan? We aren’t the players or coaches so it’s OK to look ahead and make predictions
To start with every home game is a winnable game and that includes Michigan. Yeah , it is unrealistic to assume we can beat them but Wisconsin just did and we match up like Wisconsin . Although objectively , Michigan is a 3, Indiana is a 6 as they have lost 6 in a row, Iowa has talent and shooters but Pike outcoached Fran last year and their lack of defense allows us to have more open shots and that is a 5, Minnesota is a 5 as well as we were within 5 for 32 minutes and let them get out in transition, which is unlikely it will happen at the RAC , and Penn State is a 7 right now considering the direction of both seasons. Coach has to protect his home turf, the loss to Northwestern was terrible , and Maryland got away from us in the first half. Michigan State was toe to toe . So no Big 10 team should be coming into the RAC optimistic in their chances , now that the team has a little momentum. The freshman usually play better at home so that helps Geo and Eugene . Road wins happen so rarely but at Northwestern, at Illinois and at Indiana ( last game of the year) we have a 3-4 chance. We are a very physical tall team and if some shots drop we can get them as well . 4-7, 5-6 or 6-5 over the last 11 are in play and realistic. Geo has to and must score 15-20 every game to give us a chance. We have to continue to pound the ball inside , despite missing a ton of layups yesterday. We have 11 games left. If we can win just 4 more than would be a tremendous feat when you look at our schedule. Look, I had us at 3-15 in B1G play, i didnt have high expectations and I still dont. We’re not a lightning in a bottle type of institution. Why can’t we go 8-3 and sniff the bubble ?
Every year teams come out of nowhere and make a run. Why can’t it be us? We don’t need to stink forever

I like how Rutgers is playing physical against the B1G teams. It seems to impact how teams are responding and they are playing soft. Both coaches for Nebraska and State Penn stated this in their post-game press conference. Perhaps that will lead to more victories. I do believe Rutgers wins at Northwestern due to this new found confidence and style of play.
Because a Program involves the team, the coaches, students, fan base and a lot of other people as well. A program’s mentality is a collective of all of these groups.
If we have fans looking down the road and students looking down the road.... you bet we’re going to have some members of the team doing so as well - especially once their peers get in their ear.
One game at a time
