I can't recall when I've seen a Rutgers team with such poor QBs and receivers

The defense is better than its shown all year but the QB play and wide receivers suck. Rutgers can't sustain any drives and the special teams are so bad that the opposing teams seem to start every drive at the Rutgers 35 yd line.
