I Love This Coaching Staff

I was more impressed by the Iowa staff. Seemed to be in the right formations on both sides of the ball at key junctures to make key plays.
agree

we are not paying these guys to learn on the job or to make mistakes, if we want to be a winner then people need to start demanding accountability and those in charge produce like winners

this is a winnable game that we should not have lost

Sorry bro. He made his point. No need to end it by taking shots at people.
I didn't take shots at people at the end at all. You just took it that way. And if you read through the thread, I even defended the negativity because it's understanable for a passionate fan base.

For a guy that so consistently gets things wrong, you're awfully judgmental. And apparently incredibly thin skinned. Loosen up a little. It's good for your heart.

Oh, and by the way, I am not an asshole. I'm all kinds of douchebag. Just another thing you got wrong.

I was annoyed with Mehringer at the game today. That said, I really like this coaching staff. THe situation is less than ideal, but we were significantly better in all phases of the game today. I am not sure why there is so much negativity this evening. There were a lot of positives to this game

I've been expecting more out of the offense. I'm not an x and o's guy but given Mehringer's reputation I assume it's because he doesn't have the dogs yet to run the "spread" to the fullest extent. Laviano for starters needs to improve. However he didn't have Grant at his disposal (and when was Lambert lost to help keep the Iowa offense off the field?) and I don't think he was the one responsible for the "misuse" of timeouts-a lack of which indirectly led to Iowa last TD.
