I had to go to a company outing today ( Just got in and boy am I tipsy) so I missed the first half taking a nap. I woke up and watched the first 8 minutes of the 2nd half before I had to leave.
There were a lot of missed shots by Rutgers and that one guy from Nebraska made every shot he took.
I will honestly say, I have not seen players not caring and not playing hard like that in a long time. I saw BD walk around a pick and just stand there while the man went in for a layout. I saw MW watch as another players man just drove in for a layout while he stuck a hand out.
I have played basketball and I would be embarrassed to be on the court while my man scored so easily like I saw in the part of the game I watched. I don't need a coach to do that, I have played harder in pick up games.
About the offense, this is a very very bad shooting team. I actually heard the game announcer say it....most games come down to the team that makes open shots normally wins.
