Wow . I really enjoyed that article and I like his perspective on nearly all things! Very happy he wants to focus on improving RU in the academic rankings. Also finally excited to hear a high ranking admin say investment in athletics gives a return to the whole student body, alumni, and the whole "eco-system" as he put it.

He seems like an excellent hire, with a Big Ten background and a grasp of reality. Like him already.
I wish those rankings didn't matter, but they do, and it's about time the administration realized that.
