After talking to a couple sources close to the situation, I've learned the following:
-He is still verbally committed to Rutgers
-The new staff worked him out not too long ago.
-He needs to pass his final class (currently taking) to be qualified.
-UCF is very interested if he does come back on the market.
-Lots of unnamed schools will also be interested if he comes back on the market.
