Thanks for posting. If I could do my life over again, I would have gone to law school, and then gotten into college athletics with the goal of becoming an AD. I can't fathom getting paid big $$$$ for a job you actually would enjoy.

I've been grinding it out in IT for going on 28 years. Only reason I'm there is "because of the money".

I was a lifetime college professor...cant imagine a better...more fun "job"
WAY less stress and more job security than coaching or being an AD
money wasnt that bad either......................
bought my house cash in 1982 when i got to Fla......never have had a mortgage...ever in my life
retired now...love it
