I really don't think that this criticism is fair for Boyle. If you look at how many top 10 teams he has had and top 10 teams he has gone against, he is coaching basketball at a much higher level than just to dismiss it as "high school" I'm not saying there wouldn't be a learning curve, but I don't believe it is as dramatic as you think. His recruiting advantages far outweigh any coaching learning curve.Anyone who says a high school coach is qualified to coach the X's and O's of a college team does not know basketball very well
