He reminds me a little of Doug Graber...a guy who never knew much of New Jersey before he took the Rutgers job and did a tremendous job of redruiting New Jersey kids in the 90s
Doug came here and He was a straight shooter and came here with no preconceived notions about jersey and won people with his honesty and candor and sold Rutgers football when no one ever had done it before to the top players.
