Looking for an Iowa travel thread

Some buddies and I may take a last minute trip to the Iowa game as long as pricing is absolutely not off the charts......I have been searching for an Iowa travel thread and cannot find one. Am I just missing it or do we not have one? I know a bunch of the board members have been out there.....Thanks in advance

Friday night in Iowa City-any particular bar??

Going to Iowa for my first away game in almost a decade. I know there is a great bar scene but Is anyone planning a Rutgers group at a downtown venue on Friday night or early Saturday?

What was the Game Day Experience like? Did the Iowa PA system blast very loud music between every play ? How was the Stadium amenities? How was the tailgating set ups? Any other comments or insights? TIA
