I think when it is deemed safe to gather outside. We should all go to our lots and tailgate together. See our long time friends and talk about Rutgers Football and gather at the Walk On and toast Schiano's return. Just my thought.
It’ll be interesting to see the plan that the team puts together over the next few months before the season*.
