I guess this was payback for last year since I recall we beat them in Madison in OT on a goal by Correria. After a decent start, not looking good for DD and team.
Rutgers played quite well. The finishing was not sharp enough and the Wisconsin keeper was solid. The player from WI who scored never gave up and made a great shot to get to the ball and chip the keeper. That's soccer.
Wisconsin was the only B1G soccer team we defeated last year, IIRC, and we did it twice. So not a good sign for this season if we open conference play by losing to them.
