Metered Parking to Take Root on Union Street

Good move IMO. People living on Union St don't need a car. People who need the space are customers of the retail spaces in the yard or people going to class.
 
It sure if it's still true but used to be that residents on Union couldn't get city parking passes so their only parking option was Union or on their property which sometimes was nonexistent. I suspect they must have dealt with that somehow
