Am I assuming too much in thinking Coach Flood had not been told about these charges from April if he was in touch with teachers about Barnwell's academic status just a couple weeks ago ?

I'm assuming Flood was completely blindsided by this. I don't think he would have had Boggs and Stephenson running with the 1st team if he knew this was coming. Let alone wasting his time with Barnwell.
If this be the case , then the Rutger's administration, starting at the top on downward should be ashamed... it is apparent the prosecutors office and their snitches were investigating...as it appears now 4 of the culprits are involved or being charged with a fight or assault? ...T.J Johnson and A. Boggs will be charged with home invasion , assault and perhaps weapons offenses...I was sure both Johnson and the older Stephenson had graduated and gave up their 5th year of eligibility ( Johnson perhaps because of past injury ) if you're a college graduate what motivates one's actions to rob ...get a job for the L.O.G ....Stephenson's not coming back was a bit unusual but announced prior to the alleged incident...Flood couldn't have known...
Its truly mind boggling that two days before the first football game that arrests are made for actions that occurred months ago.The players arrested today should not have been practicing at the start of fall practice based on the severity of the crimes.The Rutgers police department must have been advised and if not there is a serious problem with internal controls and transmitting information between the prosecutors office and Rutgers.Rutgers athletics is big business now and can't allow Thursday surprises to decimate the football program .This whole situation reminds me of the Abbot and Costello skit about who is on first ,second and third.
Sorry, he blew an opportunity to get a free college degree by falling behind then not being able to get a decent grade in a gut like Theater App. I took it and you'd have to either be lazy or a moron not to get a good grade.
