His response I thought was how much they love Rutgers like we do.
info
Gibson back after thanksgiving and certified at 125 hmmmmmmm
Shawver 6-1 fongaro
Clark 7-2 Cetta
Harer 4-1 Barbosa
Poz fall packer
Walsh looks like gonna start at 184 this week
Outstanding info, thanks once again.
Shawver is wrestling heavier guys and doing well. He is one guy who has shown continuous improvement since arriving.
Gibson... Yes, hmmmm. I hope he has stayed active while recovering from his surgery. I'm interested in learning how he competes in the room. He was a great competitor, and, barring any more injuries, he can be again. I'm still wondering about Smith; he's another big talent, but we don't know if he's big enough yet. Peterson, like Soldano, needs to wake up.
Clark... No surprise. He's back to his high school weight, where he should have been his first year, rather than going up two weight classes and getting beat up.
Harer.... Love to see that. It just adds to his qualifications to be the starter at 157.
Barbosa... Looked good on Sunday. Hope he starts at 165.
Poz... expected. Packer: I had hoped to hear good things about him. Casale didn't impress this past Saturday.
Walsh... I hope he does well, but he will be going up against No. 12, down from No. 5 the week before. Soldano also lost to a higher-ranked guy and only dropped one ranking due to his big win against Ruth. If benching him is intended as a wake-up call, then I hope it works; otherwise, who wins in a wrestle-off? Don't be too quick to give up on him, but do drill his ass and head into shape.
