Per Zach Smart, Rutgers has offer 2016 Wing Jax Levitch, a native of Louisville KY doing a prep year at ELEV|8 in Florida. Levitch is a coach's son who grew an inch last year and is known for his shooting ability. He recently took an official visit to Rutgers.
