Well that's good to know. I felt like the developer was going to take a bath trying to get College Kids trying to live next to SoCam on top of all the other student housing apartment buildings. We'll see how it goes but a lot of beds out there needing to be filled in these new buildings, with others right behind them still being built and others right behind those still being negotiated to be built.
