Looks like a video from last summer or fall so it may have been a 15U game. Some of those kids look young.

Plus the entire video looks like it was New England Playaz against lower-tier teams whose players hadn't started to physically mature yet

He has a chance to be good but I wouldn't base anything off of that video due to the competition.

Team New England ( previously known as the New England Playaz) is like a Gold Division program and the competition in those videos looked like Silver and possibly Bronze.
