Next Up for RU Wrestling : Cornell ! Grapple at the Garden !

I believe one's health is a personal issue and should not be discussed on a public forum. These young kids deserve privacy and injuries are their business. We should celebrate our victory and the great season we are having. Not if a kid torn up a shoulder or knee. Please respect medical privacy.

I agree but when the person tweets about it, it is public.

small tweak, minor setback.

Might be a 'personal ' situation since no comment by the team or those close to the team. Just a guess. When it's an injury the staff report is simply 'upper or lower body'.

Folks, I agree about medical situations but it was a tweak of something and a medical issue so please forget about suspensions or discipline, etc.

Thanks ! Hey Bill, what do you think of RU's chance against Nebraska on Sat Dec 12 at the RAC. I'll post possible individual matchups later. McCabe's match was awesome, falling behind and then coming back to beat the ranked Macri. Of course all the kids performed wonderful.

I just completed my review of Iowa and Nebraska and both are a tall task to come out with wins. Iowa is # 2 and Nebraska is # 4 and for good reasons. Against Iowa we have good chances at 141, 157, 165 and 285. We need an upset at 184 or 174 to have a shot at winning. Against Nebraska we don't match up as well. Every one of their wrestlers are ranked inside #15 which is scary. We need upsets at 125, 133 and 197 to have a shot. AA has to beat Abindin who beat him last year. Backukas needs to upset Barnes and Perrotti/Wilson is a key bout. Very tall task.

Abdin is having a down year so far so I think Ash will take it to him. It's also great to see McCabe crack the top 20 on Win rankings. Well deserved. Long road to this point for him.
