I'm not getting my hopes up for Schultz. He seems like a long shot, Fernandez seems more realistic. However, if we are able to land Schultz, that would be a huge step for our program.

What is the connection with RU and Schultz? Isn't he from Colorado? Is he seriously considering RU?
The answer to your 2nd question is Yes he is from Co. the answer to your 3rd question (from what I am hearing) yes he is seriously considering. Doesn’t mean I am putting any % on him coming but it is great that he is considering.

I don't doubt we could land Schultz. And I have no doubt if he did come here, we would see new money spent on a heavy training partner. Rutgers and SKWC used this model with Ash and Suriano. I really hope this happens.
McNeillis is the same school's interim athletic director. So he still has a lot of influence.
