No. 21 Rutgers Field Hockey Hosts No. 9 Delaware Friday, at Monmouth Sunday

No. 21 Rutgers field hockey has a split-location two-game weekend coming up. The Scarlet Knights will host No. 9 Delaware on Friday (4 p.m., then travel to Monmouth on Sunday (2 p.m.). The game versus the Blue Hens is High School Day, as well as the ROTC recognition and Midday Mayhem.

No. 21 Rutgers field hockey battled a top-ranked team to the wire, but was edged 1-0 on a second half goal by No. 9 Delaware (5-0). The game was the third straight contest against a ranked opponent for the Scarlet Knights and the fourth in five games.
