I hope Brecht didn’t let the team eat for the past 24 hours., then started feeding them raw meat for lunch today.

I hope payback hurts.

3-2 early first. RU offense looks picking up right where it left off.

Our faceoff game is putrid so far. Already in the penalty for the rest of the half.

4-4. D looks bad so far, Max not seeing it well yet.

Another 30 second faceoff pentalty. The f are these guys doing in the face off x. Geezus.

They ate at Henry's Diner at about 4pm.
We went after the baseball game.
Coach did give them a pep talk. :sunglasses:

Boy oh boy up 6-4 to start the 2nd, get a quick one to go up 7-4, then give up back-to-back goals. The lack of a "killer instinct" showing again I just don't get it COME ON BOYS let's go!!!

When you lose possession so frequently this is bound to happen. Delaware offense looks to be for real. Just like last year.

****'s sake 4-straight...8-7 Delaware...just AWFUL right now we haven't scored in nearly 10 minutes...

...and another turnover....Delaware, btw, is 3-4 right now with wins over mt St Mary's, NJIT, and Monmouth....LET'S GO RU!!!!

More like "NO 2ND QUARTER...." for RU. Glad that's over. Down 8-7 at halftime after getting crushed 4-1 in the 2nd going the final 13-minutes without scoring.

If I'm coach I don't say a damn word to them at halftime after that performance. Let it sink in a little maybe, just maybe, that'll fire them up a bit??

My bad ... RU was up 7-4 when I turned it on and now losing 8-7. Team looking like crap. Hopefully they get chewed out and play like we know they can.

Just need to regroup. The faceoff debacle threw a wrench in things immediately. As usual, groundballs will be a leading indicator as to who will win. Delaware, like us, are very well coached. Keep grinding.

Com'on brotha we should be ROLLING these guys. They're not a good team (or maybe we just aren't as good as we'd like to think...???). NO MORE EXCUSES IMHO but, as you said, "regroup" and maybe, just maybe, ROLL someone for an entire half??!!! LET'S GO RU!!!

UDel may be a “very well coached team” ... but it’s lost to Mercer and Binghamton.

No excuse for Rutgers to play this uninspired and badly at home to a team that’s beaten no one. If RU doesn’t have a kid on the roster who can be better than .500 at the X against UDel, well, that failure is on the staff for recruiting and coaching.

9-7. We are not a great team but we are better then these clowns. This is an embarrassment.

No. They are well coached and have some players. The days of saying x team should roll x team are long gone. Just look at the scores today.

Casey Rose is really coming on. It's a good sign. He was in a shooting slump to start the season, but he has come out of it strong. Kid is almost impossible to stop him getting to his spots.

Knights starting to flow again. Just get the ball.

11-9 RU end of 3. Jules doing what he does.

Groundballs and tough, good communicating defense. Limit turnovers, we got this.

We are so athletic. You really see in in between the lines. It's a major advantage we have over most teams we play. Don't know the stats, but the eyes tell me we are winning the GB battle by a healthy margin, as well as forced turnovers. Gotta keep that up. Finish opportunities, and make them work for every single thing they get.
