Any predictions for attendance this weekend? Weather looks to be sunny and warm, first game of the year and the kids are back in school. I'm thinking 46-47k (who show up inside the stadium).

Labor Day weekend .... Noon start (so fewer students) ... 35K or so.

its Labor Day weekend but school starts tomorrow for a lot of NJ schools so I think the summer vacation season is mainly over.

I see an announced crowd of around 52K with actual attendance peaking in the 2nd quarter at 45K but with blazing sunshine and highs in the mid 80s I see a lot of people bailing at halftime and by games end maybe only around 15K

I think this pretty much nails it.

38,623 in actual attendance.
Although numerous Attendancetards insist there were over 49,000 in High Points Solution Stadium.
They question every rational person's eyesight.

Fewer students? This year because of the possibility of winning $100K, the students will be in their seats long before kickoff. It should help overall attendance. it should be somewhere over 40K maybe up to 45K

Tickets on stubhub a couple days ago were as low as $5. So that gives you an idea of supply and demand....

Has nothing to do with the tickets being $5. These tickets are already purchased and go towards the attendance total. The only people hurt by this are people who really want to purchase tickets and don't want to go through a middleman such as StubHub. And just because the tickets are $5 people might pass on it because it may not be great seats. I know I did when looking for extra tickets this week.

We've been getting better crowds to these games, but still plenty of empty seats. With the holiday weekend holding crowd down, I think we get 41 k in the building but the announced crowd will be over 50.

Home opener, students should be excited for it. Noon start isn't great though for the kids. I think we get 47k at the peak which is usually start of second quarter.

I think the Wash St game we see a near sell out and the crowd comes loud and proud with the 3:30 start and an exciting offensive game
