Norte Dame's defense is horrible - very soft and do not tackle. Getting completely manhandled by MSU. What a ridiculously overrated team again.
NDs recruiting rankings the last 4 years - 1 top 5 class and 3 top 15 classes. Either their recruits are overrated or they're poorly coached and developed. Don't know which one.

Big 3rd down conversion there, MSU needed that. Outside of the Iowa game could be a good day for the B10. Michigan after a slow start takes care of Colorado, same for Nebraska coming back and beating Oregon. MSU on the road here would be a nice win if they finish the job. Same for OSU at OU if they can finish the job.
Big Ten is the strongest conference, better than SEC. They already beat LSU, ND, Oregon , Duke, New Mexico and soon Oklahoma.

Very good day for the B1G yesterday. 10-2 overall and 5-0 against the P5 (counting ND). I think the B1G now has the best OOC record and the best record against other P5 schools. Only downsides yesterday were Iowa's loss to the best I-AA team and Illinois' no-show against WMU.

The B1G is top-heavy this year — very strong at the top but still weak at the bottom. So far, OSU, MSU, Michigan, Nebraska and Wisky (even though they laid an egg yesterday) look pretty solid. For a team that was an overwhelming pick to win the West, Iowa's loss to North Dakota State was a bad one, even though ND State is the cream of the FCS. So the jury is out on them.
