The real question is when do they show ash and mention that he's going to ru. I say second quarter
Remember when ND coach Brian Kelly left his HC job at Cinn a few weeks before their first big bowl game, the Orange Bowl, to take the Notre Dame job? Took Bob Diaco with him too.

I'd say not much. Just like the game last night they talked a little about Kirby Smart going to Georgia late in the game when it was a blowout(they needed something to talk about at that point). And even that conversation was more about how Saban moves on. I would expect the same maybe a mention late in the game but that's about it.

That a fairly large number of people have posted that we would somehow get a big benefit from mentions of Ash going to RU during the telecast is one of the silliest things that has ever happened on this board. Pretty weird actually.
I hope so but I doubt it. This is one of the best bowl matchups. Think it goes down to the wire.

You must have missed ash's introductory press conference . Hobbs said it helps having ash announced on national television during the fiesta bowl that he's going to Rutgers . I don't think Hobbs would lie.

He could just be over estimating its value and be wrong..... It is not lying..... I don't think it would make a difference in landing a recruit or helping perception much once the game is over.
Not only are most RUTGERS fans looking forward to watching our new head coach and the style of play he will want to implement here...

OSU should be in the playoffs. They are the only team in the country that has a shot against Alabama. Too bad they shit the bed vs. MSU.
one bad weather game that made out coaches play calling nuts fall off kept us from another championship. we are a far beter team than MSU

Wake me up when Ash actually does something noteworthy for our program. So far he hasn't impressed me tbh. I can never understand why so many on here are on his nut sack 24/7. Constantly praising him as if he's the second coming of Jesus Christ or something...
