OSU/ND game today

Really was not the great publicity that everyone thought would be so wonderful. D didn't look that great either. Thank God he will finally be here full time 100%.

Coming from you, that's high praise.

They were playing without their starting D line including two AAs, one of them being a complete game changer, and still beat ND 44-28

[roll]What a butthurt crybaby you are. They announced it 3 times during the game and then a player gave him high praise in the after game. Did you expect a parade?

Defense prevented fewer points than their offense scored. Sounds like a win to me.

The youth on OSU's DL really came through today. 3 starters out including 2 AAs. I think you guys will really like Ash. He just needs a little time. It's still the recruiting dead period so nothing loss on the recruiting front.

And they still held ND beneath their season averages on offense

But so far every single excuse for Ash coaching for OSU has fizzled. No air time, not being shown on TV, no talk of what a great coach he is, NONE OF it.

Every single excuse? If you believe Ash stayed at OSU because of the publicity it would bring Rutgers I've got a bridge to sell you. There are no excuses. Those were his terms, and Rutgers was in no position to demand him to start right away. That was Hobbs' call, and for all we know Ash said that if we demanded an immediate start, he wasn't interested because he wasn't going to burn the bridge to the most powerful man in college football coaching. I don't know about you, but it actually seems pretty damn reasonable to me.

Of course, the simple fact of the matter is that you don't like the hire. So you are choosing to fixate on this ridiculous issue because you are aghast that the school not only hired him, but allowed him to stay on at OSU for 3 weeks.
