OSU tailgates / letter winners

I remember for last years away game at OSU that the school or some club invited past football letter winners from Rutgers to join them for a pre-game party before the game in the stadium. I thought spoke to the class that the OSU program has.

Is Rutgers reciprocating the gesture this year?

I'm didn't play football at RU but I thought this was just classy and it would be cool if our schools or supporting club did something similar.
