Yanks and Arod holding a presser tomorrow at 11am.
Looks like its finally time!!!
Fingers crossed! It would be great to turn the page. And ARod will catch on with a team to hit a few more homers (unless that team has to pay the entire $21 million themselves).Yanks and Arod holding a presser tomorrow at 11am.

Maybe they will turn his remaining money into a annuity! They're trading him to the mets for Bobby Bonilla.

IIRC 89 players were named in the Mitchell Report.
Cashmann is shit - imo
Ellsbury is stealing money at 7 years 153 million...for 3 Hr's 30 Rbi's....
Including David Ortiz, which gives him one more confirmed failed drug test than Arod. Ortiz's career is textbook steroid user, just like Clemens and Bonds.IIRC 89 players were named in the Mitchell Report.
If they had dumped his dumb ass they were going to pay his dumb ass. He received a league-imposed suspension without pay for 162 games. No way that any court or judge would uphold the Yankees trying to impose an additional penalty.Dump the dirtbag after all that happened after he was caught this last time I wouldn't pay him to tie my shoes. He will never see the inside of the hall of fame unless he pays admission. I couldn't believe they didn't dump his dumb ass after he was suspended. How do you not have a morals clause in his contract. Effing sad IMHO
They didn't play him tonight vs. Colon...against whom he has excellent numbers. Instead they brought up their AAA catcher and used HIM in the DH spot. A-Rod can't play in the field and they apparently are going with a youth movement that he doesn't fit in with. When they didn't at least send him up to bat for Refsnyder in the 9th I think it was obvious to all that he is done. Are they gonna play with 24 guys for the next month or will they bite the bullet and give him his release ? And next season ?
I know they still have to pay him, but if they're not gonna use him...what's the point of keeping him around ? Sad ending to a Hall of Fame career.
Every GM has a bad contract or 2 on their team. It's the nature of the free agent market and overpayment for players' services. I.e. Ppl are going to be paid like superstars even though they aren't superstars. Cashman has been Impreserve with his recent moves for rebuilding the Yankees, no doubtCashmann is shit - imo

BTW - there's no doubt in my mind Alex ends up in camp somewhere this spring. No way his ego doesn't get those HR's.
Big douch. Wonder what he would have been if he didn't have an obsession with cheating.
