- that is exactly what the Giants want you to think about them ...

and yes, the billboard is a nice gesture - but ... Since the Giants were supporting the line that it is 'time for thorough change' .... but now it turns out that they are keeping Reese, and the entire rest of the coaching staff ... there are going to be a lot of people who will look at this manipulation to shove TC out of the door as - less than 'classy'

I think the Giants fully expected TC to announce retirement, classy exit and easy transition to McAdoo. Blew up in their face - TC didn't cooperate. If TC coaches in the NFC East, that's embarrassing for the Giants organization. For TC, it's puzzling that he would go anywhere that's not close to winning - hurts his legacy and could hurt his HOF creds.
