The Iowa football staff adds Kirk Ferentz's son-in-law as Director of Recruiting. Ferentz's son is already the OL coach. That would never fly in NJ at Rutgers, even if it followed all nepotism hire procedures. Why am I thinking this reeks of Joe Paterno?
