Now Howard Beach in Queens NY, still a thriving scene.

My mother's side is from Howard Beach and my dad's side is from Bensonhurst.

Bensonhurst is fading quickly, but Howard Beach is a freaking time warp back to another era.

Old ladies still sweeping their stoops and the wife beaters are still in full effect. Always got a kick out of that part of Queens.

A lot of the goodfellas story revolves around Howard Beach and Ozone Park.
