Yeah, the entire Rutgers legal dept is weak and should be replaced. Too conservative and risk averse. Mindboggling the ineptitude there, and for decades. Too many crappy political hires.

I can't conceive of a company that would look at the Flood or Rice behavior and think let's not have them sue us, especially in a venue like Middlesex County, to get their payoff.
