What do you specifically need? My 15 year old son manages the website for our office. Wordpress is a fairly easy template to follow.
If you want someone who does this for a living, we have also used someone who is pretty reasonable in cost.

Gotta be more specific. If you're looking for layouts for Wordpress, you can go to www.themeforest.com and they have thousands of layouts to choose from. You can do some of the work yourself, but you'll need help with other aspects in order to launch. My web guy charges $70/hour, which isn't that expensive, and I can put you in touch with him. He lives in Brooklyn and works remotely, and is unusually quick to respond, which is rare among graphic designers.
