Interesting comparison. Very similar resumes.
MSU one more win: 12-1 vs 11-1
MSU Best Wins: OSU, Mich, Oreg, Iowa - only one game at home
Okla Best Wins: Baylor, Tenn, Okla St, TCU - only one game at home but a couple backup QBs
Losses were identical. Close games vs talented 5-7 teams.
Rest of Schedule: Probably slight edge for Oklahoma here. They took on WVU, TT type teams where as MSU had some of the bottom feeders of the Big Ten peppered in like Purdue, Maryland, Rutgers, etc....Both teams had a couple games vs noncompetitive teams.
I'd lean toward MSU due to quality of wins and Oklahoma getting Baylor and TCU at end of year when they were not elite anymore.
