We stayed at the clos st loius. Nice hotel, perfect location. Frontenac is a nice hotel but I don't think you get the feel of the city. The bar in there is nice after a day of walking. Sister and brother in law took the tram up and down. Wifey and I walked. Matter of principal not smarts. Most of the restaurants have very good food. Only did "special occasion" restaurants 2 or 3 nights.
Enjoyed it but don't know if I would go out of my way to do it again.
