These poor people haven't recovered from the earthquake and now this? We spend our time and money defending against ISIS and the rest of their miserable lot, a necessity indeed, while we should be spending at least some of it on disasters like this for countries that cannot afford to deal with it. :angry::angry: What a world.
We gave Haiti 9 billion over the past decade or so and no one has any idea where 8.5 billion of it is !

So you aren't disputing we pissed away 8.5 billion? Gee, what could that have done for our failing infrastructure?
By how mad felonious douche reacted it's obvious I'm right. We gave the country 9 billion and never followed thru on where money went. Why can't we dictate where money goes. Why don't we employ 100 's of American contractors who hire 1000's from Haiti to help rebuild ? We give billions and billions to all these countries and they are still dumps with no improvement.
