OT: Restaurant suggestions in Yemen

What are all of those lights in the Sea of Japan off the eastern coast of South Korea or in the China Sea off the western coast? I don't recall there being a cluster of islands in either place.

It's the Chinese. They're making some more artificial islands and calling it the North East China Sea.
